Today I am going to share another famous Punjabi dish “Palak Paneer”. This Indian delicacy does not require too many ingredients, it is easy to make and very healthy in nature.

Here I want to share some handy kitchen tips. 1.) If you want to sauté the onions first sauté them without oil for 1 min then add oil it will save a lots of oil and also save gas. 2.) If your Paneer (cottage cheese) is fresh and soft then there is no need to fry it before using, fry paneer only it is 1 or 2 days old.

Today I am going to share another famous Indian recipe and personally I love it too. That is Rajma Curry or Kidney Beans. Basically there are three types of rajma could be found in market. One is large in size and dark in color, I’ve been watching this since my childhood my mother cook this in her kitchen, the other one is light in color and have some dark spots in it the Mexican chefs love using this particular variety of kidney bean, and the last one is dark in color but comparatively small in shape, it’s called Kashmiri Rajma.

Butter Paneer Masala

11:32 AM | Publish by manishdhane

Hi all,

Let’s start with the most basic and most famous Indian cuisine around the world. I personally love Paneer dishes, and I used to eat delicious paneer curry dishes at least twice a week.

Since it has been started raining outside so I decided to make Butter Paneer Masala in restaurant style at home. I love the awesome mouth watering aroma of it. It is very important to use fresh ingredients in this dish like fresh paneer, tomatoes, and chilies. There is no need to fry the paneer cube if you are using fresh paneer, you can directly use them in gravy but if you are using 1 or 2 days old paneer then it is necessary to fry them otherwise it will mess up the gravy.
